It's finished! YAY! I'm really happy with how this came out. It's my first experimentation with color on black and white surfaces, and I Think they made the picture so much more dynamic. It's the highlights from New York City below them.

I changed the name from Peter vs. Sylar because that seems so comical and light. This picture has a much darker tone to it, and therefore, I went with "Lies and Redemption." For those who keep up with Heroes, "Redemption" is the name of the next volume, in which a confrontation similar to this will probably occur. At the end of season 4, Matt Parkman used his ability to suppress Sylar's memories. With clairesentience (the ability to see an object's past), Sylar had gained Nathan's memories before he killed him. Matt leaves these memories in place, and this causes Sylar to shapeshift into the deceased Nathan and believe that he is in fact, Nathan Petrelli. Angela, Matt, and Noah hide this from the world, including Peter. That is where the "Lies" portion of the title comes from.

In this picture, I imagined Peter getting his final revenge on Sylar, who at this point, has regained his old memories and had been posing as Nathan, and leading Angela, Noah, and Matt to believe nothing was wrong. But, Peter found out. This is a scene from that confrontation. Peter is very conflicted because only moments before, this was his brother.

When I first started the piece, I knew Peter would be holding Sylar by the tie (which is actually Nathan's iconic red tie). However, the thought that the tie was kind of Nathan's symbol didn't hit me until *Gold-Seven pointed it out in one of the unfinished versions.

As for Sylar, his pose is relaxed. He doesn't see Peter as much of a threat at this point. He is also smirking. He enjoys toying with poor Peter's mind.
